I am open to creating both SFW (Safe for Work) and NSFW (Not Safe for Work) art pieces with certain restrictions. I will not create art featuring excessive gore, self-harm topics, pedophilia, necrophilia, or any other inappropriate and offensive themes.
Payment must be received in full through VGen, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Stripe after you accept the proposal before I begin any work. If payments are not received within seven days of me sending the proposal, the commission will be cancelled and you will lose your slot. I do not accept E-Checks or alternative payment methods unless discussed.
I am happy to provide up to six revisions during the sketching phase. However, significant changes to the artwork's composition, pose, or character design may incur additional fees. Please provide clear and detailed references to avoid misinterpretation. Color Adjustments are included in the price and are unlimited during the coloring phase. After rendering has begun, you receive two free color revisions.
The completion time for each commission may vary depending on its complexity and my current workload. I will provide you with an estimated completion time upon reviewing your commission request.
Rush commissions may not be available at all times and will incur an additional fee.
Commissions are only for personal use, such as profile pictures. I do not permit any form of resale or commercial use without my explicit permission. This includes using the commissioned artwork for merchandising, content, printing, or other commercial purposes. Please note that purchasing full distribution rights to an image will incur a higher rate than non-commercial purchases. Alternatively, you can contact me to make arrangements; for example, a percentage of sales for merchandise may be considered.
Using my art online for things like posts and profile pictures is allowed with credit. If I'm on the platform, use @KairosPlayzz; otherwise, @/KairosPlayzz is fine. Claiming the artwork as your own and editing my art is strictly prohibited and may result in a blacklist and public callout to protect and warn other artists. Removing or editing out my watermark or signature is strictly prohibited. You can request a specific location for a watermark or signature, but you cannot remove it entirely.
I strictly prohibit the creation and sale of NFTs or AI-generated images based on my commissioned artwork. Engaging in NFT/AI-related activities with my art will lead to immediate blocking and blacklisting from future commissions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless discussed and agreed upon before the commission, I retain the rights to my artwork and am allowed to post it on my social media accounts and portfolio.
Full refunds are available only if I have not started working on the commission or if I am unable to work on it due to unavailability. If you decide to cancel the commission after work has begun, a non-refundable payment of 50% will be withheld. After flat colors have been approved, you will no longer be eligible for refunds. Please be advised that if you wish to get a refund, contact me, as I do not allow chargebacks and initiating a chargeback without contacting me to get a refund will result in a ban and blacklist.
Fees are NOT included in the base price and will be passed on to the commissioner. This fee can vary, but it will have a processing fee and a payment processing fee.
Communication will mainly take place through Discord, but Email, Instagram, or other platforms may be considered if you have technical difficulties. Expect replies within 48 hours. If you haven't heard back, feel free to contact me on other social media platforms.
